No-Bake Anzac Biscuit Balls

A bite-sized twist on the Aussie classic! These no-bake balls capture the oat-and-coconut nostalgia of ANZAC biscuits with a wholesome, modern twist.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup almond meal
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
1. Mix oats, coconut, almond meal and salt in a bowl.
2. Stir in honey, coconut oil, and vanilla until fully combined.
3. Roll mixture into small balls.
4. Chill in fridge for 30 mins to firm up. Store in an airtight container.
