Immune-Boosting Turmeric Ginger Tonic

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1½ cups warm (not boiling) water
Instructions:
1. In a mug or jar, add turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
2. Add warm water and stir well (or shake in a sealed jar).
3. Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne on top.
