Choc-Dipped Almond Stuffed Dates

Sweet, chewy, crunchy and just a bit indulgent—these are a guilt-free treat that satisfies. They take just minutes to make and are perfect for lunchboxes, entertaining or a mid-arvo craving.
Ingredients:
- 10 dates (pitted)
- 10 whole almonds or 4 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
- Crushed pistachios or shredded coconut for topping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Slice each date open without cutting all the way through.
2. Fill with 1 almond or ½ tsp almond butter.
3. Dip each date halfway into melted chocolate.
4. Sprinkle with toppings if using.
5. Place on baking paper and refrigerate 20–30 mins until set.
