Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Oats

Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk or other milk
- 1 tbsp fresh peanut butter (just peanuts!)
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Dash of cinnamon
- Optional: maple syrup or honey
Instructions:
1. In a small pot, combine oats and milk.
2. Bring to a gentle simmer, stir frequently until oats are soft (5–8 mins).
3. Stir in peanut butter, cinnamon, and half the banana.
4. Top with remaining banana, chia, and a drizzle of syrup if desired.
